What you’re buying

lazyugcads is an app supplied as a ZIP that runs on your own computer (Windows 10/11 or macOS). You install it by pasting a prompt into Claude Code, and its interface opens in Chrome or Edge at http://127.0.0.1:7788. The product has a one-time price of 79 EUR, with no lazyugcads subscription.

Your purchase includes access to the download and a licence key. The licence is verified on our server, and the creative recipes (prompts) the app uses are served by our server in each session. A refund or a chargeback deactivates the licence. The final licence must specify permitted users, devices, transfers and redistribution. Future updates and support terms have not yet been finalised; this draft does not promise lifetime updates.

Your card and one-click offers

When you pay, your card is saved securely by our payment provider, Stripe, only so that you can accept one-click offers shown right after your purchase. We never see or store your card number. A saved card is charged only when you press the button of an offer, never automatically. You can ask us to remove it at any time at hello@lazyugcads.com.

Provider accounts and costs

You need Claude Code with your own Claude subscription, which writes the scripts and directs the avatars. You also supply your own kie.ai and ElevenLabs keys and pay those providers directly. We do not use or require an Anthropic API key. Provider usage is separate from the app purchase. Estimates are guidance, not a fixed quote. Provider pricing, availability and usage rules can change.

You need an internet connection for generation. The app’s approval steps let you review work before proceeding, but paid calls already made can consume provider credits even if you later decide not to use their output.

Your content and commercial use

The app is intended for making ads, including commercial work. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your logos, images, scripts, voices and other inputs. Commercial use of outputs is subject to the applicable provider terms and any third-party rights.

Use a person’s likeness or voice only with the necessary permission. Review generated claims, captions and visuals before publishing. You are responsible for your ads and for following the rules of the platforms where you publish them.

Local projects need local care

Projects and settings are stored on your computer. Losing or wiping the device can remove that data. Keep copies of important source files and downloaded videos. Separate versions help you keep earlier work; they are not a cloud backup.

Problems, refunds and questions

The leads guarantee and the refund policy are on the refunds page. The guarantee refunds the app price only, not provider API costs or ad spend. After a refund or a chargeback, your licence is deactivated. Nothing in the final terms should remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
