Your projects live on your computer. Generating them involves external providers.

Draft for review. The data controller’s identity, legal bases, retention periods, processor details, international transfers and rights process must be completed and checked before publication.

What stays on your computer

The app runs on your computer and stores your brand kit, projects, versions and settings there. There is no cloud server for your projects and no hosted project account. Losing or wiping the device can remove your work.

Your kie.ai and ElevenLabs keys are entered in the app to authenticate requests to those providers. Treat them like passwords and use the app only on devices you trust.

The waiting list

If you join the waiting list, we store your email address and the date only to tell you when lazyugcads opens for sale. We delete it when you ask: email hello@lazyugcads.com.

What leaves your computer

When you ask the app to write or generate content, it sends the relevant prompts, brand information and media to the providers involved: Claude (through your own Claude Code), kie.ai and ElevenLabs. We do not use or hold an Anthropic API key. The app also contacts our server to verify your licence and to fetch the creative recipes (prompts) for each session.

Those services process the data under their own terms and privacy policies. Local storage does not mean that generation happens offline or that all your files stay on your computer. Only use material you are allowed to share with those services.

Checkout, delivery and recovery

The seller’s checkout and delivery service processes the email address and order information needed to take payment, deliver your download and licence, and help with purchase issues. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider.

The recovery form sends the email address you enter to the seller’s service to look up an order and request a delivery email. Its response does not confirm whether an address has a purchase.

This website

This static landing page does not include analytics or advertising trackers. The web host and checkout service may process technical information such as IP addresses to provide their services. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google.

Questions and data requests

Contact hello@lazyugcads.com about purchase-related personal data. Never send API keys. Questions about data sent to a generation provider may also need to be directed to that provider.

The final policy will explain how to exercise applicable privacy rights and how long the seller keeps purchase and support records.
