The leads guarantee

Publish at least one video made with lazyugcads as a paid ad (Meta, TikTok or YouTube) within 30 days of purchase. If it brings you zero leads, send us the ad report and we refund 100%. No questions, no forms to fight.

A lead is a real contact generated by the ad: a form submission, a message, a call, a quote request or a sale, depending on the goal you chose in the app.

How to ask for it

1. Email hello@lazyugcads.com from the address you used at checkout, with the ad report from the platform attached.
2. We reply within 5 business days.
3. We refund the app price to the payment method you used.

After a refund or a chargeback, your licence is deactivated. Do not send API keys or private brand files.

What the guarantee does not cover

kie.ai and ElevenLabs bill you directly for usage, your Claude subscription is billed separately, and your ad platform bills you for ad spend. Those amounts are not paid to us and we cannot refund them. They are subject to each provider’s own rules.

If the app does not work

If the app does not open or does not work on your computer (Chrome or Edge, on Windows 10/11 or macOS), ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Include your operating system, browser version and what happened.

Your consumer rights

Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
